I came across a website earlier called FatSecret.com while I was looking for how many calories are in grape tomatoes. I couldn't find a good answer - one source told me 45 calories and I'm all !!!!!!! So I did a google search with different terms, and ended up on this site.

It is a free community, and they offer a lot of tools to help you. Remember in my last post I said that each person is different, but the building blocks we have that work help others? That is what support and friendship is all about! I've already joined a few groups and a few challenges. Make sure to add me as a buddy!
