Today is friday and I am beat! Last night I did a 5K and then stayed up until 10:45pm which is late for me. I am totally dragging today!

If I had my way, I'd skip my work out today, deciding I deserve the day off, but I am meeting a co-worker at the pool for 1/2 hour of swimming so I can't bail out... which is a good thing I suppose!

It is good to have a buddy because it forces me to workout even when I an extra day off. I usually take weekends off anyway! So at noon I will be off to the pool.

For b-fast I had 1 scrambeled egg and one piece of whole wheat bread with melted cheese on top! Not exactly as low GI as usual but hey, an athlete does need carbs now and then! :-) Hmm... lets see, I am rambeling so I will sign off! What are you all doing today for exercise and food?

PS... dont forget your water! In fact I need to go re-fill!

    So I had a great swim! i swam for a full half hour without stopping for more then 30 seconds! That is a first for me! My co-worker really pushed me and it was great! YAY!

    This morning for breakfast I made fiber 1 pancakes and I added cinnamon, walnuts and mashed bananas! Yum! I also had 2 pieces of cantalope and a kiwi fruit!
